“I just wanted to say that our move on 11-2-15 and 11-3-15 could not have gone any smoother! I was so taken back by how professional you all were. When I tried to help and bring out boxes…they were quickly removed from my arms and told “You are not suppose to do this..it is our job” so Sweet! “I just wanted to get back to you to let you all know how much we appreciated the GREAT service we received from the guys here last Friday. The elderly woman who was donating the Steinway to us was quite emotional about sending that piano out her door for good but the guys were so kind and understanding with her, that I think it really helped her deal with the loss. She commented to me about the kindness they showed to her and how reassured she was after seeing the care they were taking with her piano. Additionally, I had a perfect experience back here at Schubert Club with them. The piano they needed to move was rather “beastly” and they took so much care and did a great job. I too really appreciated their cheerfulness and kindness that they showed while here. Anyway, always like to let people know when I have a good experience. Many thanks and please pass this along to the guys.”

Starting with Bridget who took care of all the details and scheduling, she’s smart, professional so easy to work with. Mike who was always telling me not to sweat it and kept saying we’re gonna take care of you. To John and the team, what can I say, they were quick, safe and NOT ONE thing was damaged or scratched. I had to go to my closing and they not only moved our possessions but they all had a hug for my 89 yr, old Mom and made her feel like she was their Mom, she loved them and still talks about them.
